Home Delivery

Services are provided by a third party (a shipping company) and are therefore not under “Galit’s” control or responsibility. Accordingly, “Galit” shall not be held liable for any malfunction in the service and/or website, or for delays, late deliveries, or non-delivery caused by force majeure and/or circumstances beyond its control.

For orders over 350 ILS, home delivery is free of charge.

Home delivery cost: 35 ILS.

Delivery time: 3–5 business days

(excluding Fridays, holiday eves and wartime periods).

In cases where credit card approval is received after 12:00 PM, the order will be considered as having been placed on the following business day.

Please note: in case where customer authorizes the courier to leave the products in a location where the customer is not present

(for example, at the door or with someone on their behalf), then in the event of loss, theft, damage, or discrepancy in the order, the responsibility lies with the customer, and no claims shall be made against “Galit” regarding the above.

Self-Pickup – Free of Charge

Products may be collected starting 48 hours after the purchase has been completed. Pickup is available from the “Galit” studio in Herzliya.
