Returns and Refunds 

1) Order cancellation and/or exchange will be carried out in accordance with the website’s Terms of Use and applicable Israeli law.

2) Order cancellation and/or exchange may be made within 14 days of the date of order confirmation or from the date of receipt of the product, whichever is later.

3) Subject to Israeli law, the company will issue a refund to the customer, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or 100 ILS, whichever is lower, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice.

4) Notice of cancellation must be sent by email to: info@galitjewelry.com.

5) In the event of cancellation, shipping fees will not be refunded, if applicable.

6) Cancellation or exchange will be possible only upon presentation of an invoice and only if the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

7) Products purchased on sale or using a discount code are not eligible for exchange or refund.

8) Debit cards cannot be credited.

9) For returns eligible for a refund, the product may either be returned in person to the studio (by prior arrangement) or via arranged courier pickup from the customer’s home, in which case the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.

10) Please note: orders for custom-designed or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or exchanged.
