Do the jewelry pieces come with a warranty?
“Galit” provides a one-year warranty on all jewelry from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover breakage, tears, scratches,
loss, or color/shade changes.
Jewelry purchased as part of a promotion and/or sale carry a warranty of three months only.
How do I care for my jewelry?
To maximize the life of your fashion pieces, it is recommended to avoid contact with
water, cleaning agents, beauty products, and anything containing derivatives of alcohol.
It is also recommended to move jewelry prior to exercise, or swimming.
To clean your jewelry and renew its shine, use soft, dry cotton cloth.
What materials do your pieces use?
Stainless Steel 304 – is strong and resistant to water, sweat, and perfume and is also hypoallergenic. However, if the jewelry is gold-plated, it should be treated differently
and with greater care, like gold-plated jewelry.
Gold-plated jewelry - is usually plated with 18K gold and has a delicate appearance
with a yellow tone reminiscent of real gold jewelry.
Jewelry made from Brass - is crafted from a high-quality and durable alloy and is
usually plated with 24K gold. 24K gold plating is characterized by a warm, rich, and
luxurious color.
When another raw material is used (such as silver plating, 925 sterling silver, etc.), it is specified in the “Jewelry Description.”
What if I like jewelry (Necklace/Bracelet) but the size doesn’t fit me?
The best way would be to contact the studio by email – info@galitjewelry.com along with
product name and ask for availability in a different measure. Sometimes its only a
matter of a simple solution like an extension chain.
